I think the chili recipes are probably the best. I’ve worked on the southwest chili for a few years, perfecting it over time. I’ve added in my Bergo Burgers recipe. I use a Kitchen Aid mixer with a meat grinder attachment. Probably some of the best burgers you’ll ever have.
